If I click on Organic Search (which will appear as Direct Traffic), then I can see how many people are finding my site via search engines like Google. You can also find out which keywords they used to find your page. In addition, you can use tools like SEMrush to track keywords and competitors—the higher ranking they get for their keywords, the more likely it is that they are using effective SEO strategies.

And remember, just because someone isn’t ranking high doesn’t mean they aren’t getting lots of traffic; only about 15% of websites account for 85% of all web traffic. With all these tools at your disposal, you should be able to figure out what kinds of SEO tactics work best for your business!

Start link-building  

It’s difficult for your site to rank well without links from authoritative sites. It takes time and effort, but if you want your site to achieve its potential, it’s worth pursuing. Start by joining relevant forums and sharing helpful content that may lead others back to your site; don’t spam! You can also look for groups on Facebook or LinkedIn with a lot of relevant members.
